How to become a member of RATPE

Organizations, which intend to join RATPE shall submit the following documents to the executive officer of RATPE:

1. RATPE joining application addressed to the president-chairman of RATPE board to be written on the organization’s letterhead paper signed by the chief executive of the organization, sealed with the round stamp of the organization. The form of application:

(RATPE)

Having looked through the Charter and RATPE membership Provision, (name of organization) expresses its willingness to become a member of the Association of trading companies and producers of electric tools and labor-saving equipment (RATPE). We accept the RATPE Charter. We promise to adhere to the Charter and carry out active work in the interests of development of civilized market of electric instruments and labor-saving equipment.

2. Copy of the Charter of the organization or Organization Statute;

3. Copy of the organization’ registration certificate;

4. Certificate (signed and stamped by the chief executive) containing the following information:

• Postal address of the organization;
• Full name of the chief executive, his/her full job title;
• Full name of the chief accountant;
• Contact telephones of senior executives and chief accountant;
• Full name of the direct contact person, his/her telephone;
• Fax of the organization;
• Internet and/ e-mail address of the organization and/ contact person;
• banking details of the organization (VAT number, OKPO, OKONX, settlement account, name of bank, correspondent account of the bank, the bank address, ITIN, BIC

On receiving the application, the Association’s Board shall check completeness and actuality of information contained in the submitted documents. Based on the check results Association’s Board shall decide upon submittal of the question on admission of the new Member to Association for discussion by the General meeting of the Association.

In case the organization is admitted as a member of RATPE, the organization shall acquire rights and bear responsibilities of RATPE member upon payment of joining fee and annual membership fee. Print version
